Exhibition Floorplans - the anguish-free solution!

The scene, a typical day in a typical event organisers office:-

Sales Person: "Aaaarrrrrrggggghhhhhh, where is the floorplan, we need to get the mailing out tomorrow."

Sales Assistant: "Dunno', I spoke to the contractor last week but I haven't had anything back."

For seventeen years we have produced several thousand exhibition plans for many esteemed clients.
Late nights, early mornings spent grafting at VDUs to ensure that plans are supplied in the correct shape and form, and to the required deadline.

Yes, I know we actually charge for our services and if that puts you off using us you ought to ask yourself why Emap, Trades Exhibitions, Touchstone, BBC Haymarket, Clarion, IBC, VNU/Imark amongst many have found it cost effective to use our services. Your accounts department may point out you can get your plans 'free' from the stand contractor but where does that leave you when you need a plan quickly for that vital mailshot?

You can't shout the odds or make demands when they are doing you a favour.
I even have a handy recent quote from one esteemed MD, "I've had the plan drawn for free by another contractor and it's b*ll*x, I'd rather pay you money and have a better plan!"
For a typical event of 2 - 4000 net square metres our annual cost could be no more than the price
of a six square metre stand.

If you can march into combat with your potential exhibitors armed with a decently accurate and aesthetically pleasing plan, then one tiny sale will cover your costs and save a load of grief and heartache into the bargain.

You will also have the pleasure of dealing directly with someone who has a sense of humour and a dedication to your event (me!).

We may be a small company but when you telephone or fax us you will always deal directly with the proverbial organ-grinder rather than the monkey. If there is a problem with a plan then we will deal with it promptly and supply a replacement ASAP.

Imagine, no more disappointment at being informed you have to wait a week for the new sales piece.

We aim to please and want your work, can you say that of contractors who offer free services;
logically they have the minimum staff to service their clients and that means delays for those who need the plans.

You can phone or fax or email us anytime, we don't specify you must send all amendments typed in a specific format to arrive by 10.00am etc.

Turnaround times are obviously affected by our workload but we like to be as flexible and helpful as we can.

If you are worried about our files not being usable by your signage or shell scheme contractor then DON'T BE!

We supply compatible files in virtually any format, usable by just about anyone; dxf, dwg, Illustrator, Freehand, PDF, jpg, bmp etc etc.

We can even supply editable files you can use to produce your own in-house sales graphics.

We have A3 black and white laser printers and an A0 colour inkjet plotter so just about all requirements for hard copy are covered.
